Mr. Somnuk Tanthathodtham, Managing Director of N.C. Housing Public Company Limited (NCH) announced that for the third quarter of 2022, the company and its subsidiaries achieved a net profit of 76.97 million baht, compared to a net profit of 39.23 million baht in the third quarter of 2021. This represents an increase of 37.74 million baht or 96.22%. The total revenue of the company and its subsidiaries was 623.74 million baht, up from 492.22 million baht in the third quarter of 2021, an increase of 131.52 million baht or 26.72%. The revenue from sales was 609.41 million baht, an increase from 484.84 million baht in the third quarter of 2021, which is an increase of 124.57 million baht or 25.69%, due to improved transfer of ownership from projects such as N.C. On Green Charm Classic, N.C. On Green Palm Park 2, Baan Fah Greenery Loft Pattaya, Baan Fah Greenery Neola Rangsit Klong 2, and Baan Fah Greenery Theo Pinklao Petchkasem.

  For the 9-month performance, the company and its subsidiaries reported a net profit of 276.53 million baht, compared to a net profit of 171.61 million baht for the same period in 2021. This is an increase of 104.91 million baht or 61.13%. The total revenue for the company and its subsidiaries was 1,941.67 million baht, an increase from 1,911.94 million baht in the same period of 2021, which is an increase of 29.74 million baht or 1.56%. The shareholders' equity of the company and its subsidiaries as of September 30, 2022, and December 31, 2021, was 3,067.41 million baht and 2,886.20 million baht, respectively, an increase of 6.28% due to the increase in interim profits. This is supported by the recovery of purchasing power among the public as the Thai economy improves following the easing of the COVID-19 pandemic and the government's reopening to welcome international tourists, along with continuous growth in exports, which has resulted in a recovery in domestic purchasing power.

The company is confident that its revenue for 2022 will meet the target of 2,500 million baht, as it currently has a backlog of 700-800 million baht that will be gradually recognized this year. At the same time, the company has implemented strict cost management and effective liquidity management to maintain a good level of profitability. In the wellness sector, the company has opened the Sirarun Wellness Center for health rehabilitation and elderly care, as well as the Sirarun Care Center. Additionally, two new NC Regen health centers have been opened, including NC Regen Sport & Wellness and NC Regen Sport & Golf, located in high-potential areas in the northern zone along Lam Luk Ka Road. Furthermore, the company is studying plans to expand NC Regen in the future.
